What a great market – we look forward to visiting each month and catching up with friends, it has a fantastic community atmosphere.
Such fresh fruit and vegies! Grab a coffee and a sausage sandwich for breakfast, and stock up on whatever else takes your fancy: cakes, puddings, cheese (goat/cow/sheep), sauces and relishes and numerous types of fresh meat; lamb, chicken, pork, beef, and now goat meat too – all directly from the farmer or producer. You can’t get better than that!
This market is run like a well oiled machine, and also has a community stage where local chefs strut their stuff.
The BCFM is held every 2nd Saturday of the month from 9am-1pm in Sidney Myer Place – and the end of Williamson Street, just next to Rosalind Park. See you there.
