She conducts all her beginners, progressive and intermediate classes at her Wellsford Forest Retreat. Raelene is a primary school teacher with her masters in educational leadership. She has a passion for children’s wellbeing and loves teaching children ways to help calm their mind and strengthen their body. Classes are available for children aged 7-16, and there is a family friendly class, where children are encouraged to practice alongside their parents.

    I also have joint parent and children classes, where parents can practice alongside their children…which is the ‘Family yoga’ that Marika mentioned.

    We have so many wonderful yoga teachers here in Bendigo, it is fantastic to have it all in one place
