Jeff and Hunter, two struggling writers, hear about a new musical theatre festival. However, the deadline for submissions is a mere three weeks away. With nothing to lose, the pair decides to try to create something new with the help of their friends Susan, Heidi and Mary… In the span of 90 minutes they write and perform their show at the festival and learn lessons about themselves as people, friends and artists.

Us, a play about love and jet skis

Bendigo director Matt Emond is bringing award winning playwright and former Bendigo resident’s play ‘Us’ to Bendigo in a wholly professional production. Margaret’s work has been performed in Melbourne, Brisbane, New York and regional Victoria, but now for the first time it is coming to the town Margaret and Matt grew up in.
The cast includes: Travis McMahon (Kokoda, Last Man Standing) Ned Napier and Sally Anne Upton.
