Jayne offers small and welcoming yoga classes for people of all ages and levels of fitness. There are beginners classes, general yoga, restorative/chair yoga and de-stress yoga.

Sweat ‘n’ Stretch combines cardio and yoga for something a little different and to get the heart pumping. This class runs on Saturday mornings at 7:30am. Places are limited and bookings required.
