Wholegrain Baking Classes at Goodness Flour in the beautiful Harcourt valley.

Goodness Flour is hosting a series of hands-on baking classes this October and November, celebrating the joy of baking with freshly milled wholegrain flours.

New Gluten-Free Cake Class – Sunday 19th October
A relaxed, creative class focused on blending wholegrain, gluten-free flours to make a light, delicious cake – without the guesswork. Guests will create their own flavour combinations using seasonal fruit, nuts, and spices, and take home their freshly baked cake and a recipe booklet.

Beginner Sourdough Bread Class – Saturday 29th November
Perfect for those starting their sourdough journey. Guests will bake two loaves – a 100% wholegrain and a 50/50 flatbread. Learn the essentials of working with wholegrain doughs. Morning tea, lunch, and a tour of the Goodness Flour Millroom are included.

Intermediate Sourdough Bread Class – Sunday 30th November
For those ready to refine their technique. This class explores the unique qualities of wholegrain flours and some of the techniques to bring out the very best of each grain. Guests will bake two loaves and enjoy a seasonal lunch and millroom tour.

Classes are small, friendly, and hands-on – a perfect opportunity to learn, bake, and share in the simple pleasure of good food.
