The Australian Women’s Leadership Forum is coming to Bendigo this October. The event is for women who are looking to increase awareness of their leadership style, as well as practical strategies to help them overcome challenges within their work and personal life. The event provides a relaxed and supportive atmosphere that is perfect for networking with other female leaders.
The day will begin with an opening address from our very own Cr Margaret O’Rourke, followed by a session on personal and professional resilience. Then onto a panel discussion on female representation in the workplace, and a second development session on building connections and networking. The afternoon begins with a session related to being brave, adaptive and experimental, followed by an address by Tracey Spicer AM. The day concludes with the opportunity to have some drinks and chat with other attendees.
The event is set to be a great day for those looking to improve their connections, increase their self-awareness and knowledge of other female leaders.
